Did your descriptions have anything in common?

challenge

Weekly Challenge

This week, be mindful of the ways you can model a few of the traits of the people who were so influential in your life. You might jot their name on a sticky note, or write that trait in your planner where you’ll see it all week.

tip

Prepare

This is a good time to start some informal conversations with those who would be willing to spearhead a quick skit or write a humorous poem or create something around three minutes long for the days when the goal is shared laughter. Get some things in the works so people are ready when its time for a laughter prompt.

Meeting 4
Introduction

Introduction

Okay, here another fun one…

prompt

Prompt

This one is a staff performance or video or something just for fun. Introduction it as appropriate.

Connecting

Connecting

Still have them share in pairs at the end.

challenge

Remind staff to laugh this week. It makes such a difference in school climate when students know the adults around them are happy!

tip

Prepare

You will need post-it notes for your next staff meeting.
