They do lots of things that help our towns and cities be a good place to live.  Let’s think about what it is for students to be good school citizens.

When it is your turn, talk about the things you think students can do that make the classroom the best it can be.

Mr. Rogers had a television show for kids, and he taught many wonderful things. He taught about being good friends, and good citizens, and things like that. One of the things he talked about was that when we have a problem, we should look around for the helpers. If someone gets hurt on the playground, the playground aide can be a helper. Today for your turn, talk about ways kids can be helpers.
